Iron Mecca is proud to have an amazing group of personal trainers. Whether you are into one-on-one, group or partner's training, we have a coach for you. Our trainer’s diverse skill set and style will give you exactly what you need. We have a state-of-the-art facility with customized equipment, a functional training area, TRX, Kettlebells and more. The back room features 2 deadlift platforms and several custom double-sided squat racks. Whatever your personal goals are - our trainers are here to motivate, deliver customized programs and hold you accountable. 1:1 Personal Training

Individualized one-on-one results-driven coaching focused on your goals and your body!The perfect choice for those who need more attention (regardless if you’re a first-time gym-goer, or an elite athlete)…OR for those that just want it.Custom, individualized fitness program designed to take you from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible. A free consultation and beginning metrics related to your fitness goals will be taken (e.g. circumference measurements, body fat assessment, or any one of many other tests related to other goals). Sessions are 50 minutes in length. 

Couples or Partner Training

Up to two clients preferably with similar goals.Partners training is perfect for those who have someone they want to share the personal training experience with… It’s exciting, fun AND you can hold each other accountable!Custom, individualized fitness program designed to meet or exceed your goals.A free consultation and beginning metrics related to your fitness goals will be taken (e.g. circumference measurements, body fat assessment, or any one of many other tests related to other goals). Sessions are 50 minutes in length. 

Group Training

More than 2 clients. Most group training have 3-4 participantsThis group setting is not only a LOT of fun but also a great way to enjoy a great value.Custom, individualized fitness program designed to meet or exceed your goals.A free consultation and beginning metrics related to your fitness goals will be taken (e.g. circumference measurements, body fat assessment, or any one of many other tests related to other goals).Sessions are 50 minutes in length. ​
