ONLINE TRAINING

If you can't visit us at our training location, you now can reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training at your own gym of choice or even at home.  Our coaches specialize in body transformations focused on developing a healthier lifestyle and use expert programming and training programs, nutritional plans that couple with these, and will help you learn how to dig deep down inside mentally to help you reach your goals. We believe by training the mind along with the body can and WILL deliver outstanding results - all of this to you via online workouts and nutrition using state-of-the-art software.

Online Training

Based on your goals, you will receive a customized plan with access to the training app and a trainer for three months. This option is ideal for individuals who enjoy using technology and/or want ongoing support from a trainer. You have full use of every feature in the app as well as unlimited ability to ask questions, regular review of your program, and changes to the program over time.

 

Your workout program

 

  • Is custom tailored to you

  • Fits with your busy schedule

  • Focuses on the type of exercise centering on your particular goals (e.g. bodybuilding, running, powerlifting, cross-training, etc.)

  • Follows the principles of exercise programming such as specificity, periodization, progression, variety, etc. over a 12 week period

  • Zeros in on meeting or exceeding your goals

 

The program is created keeping in mind any injuries or medical issues you might have, your skill level, and other factors. This helps determine:

 

  • Frequency of training

  • Length of sessions and rest days

  • Type of exercises included

  • Volume (exercises x sets x reps)

  • Rest intervals (how long you rest between sets/exercise)

  • Type of progressions (which variable changes over time)

  • Rate of progression (the pace at which intensity increases)

Online Nutrition

The most success you’ll have on your fitness journey will come from learning how to eat, what to eat and when - all based on you, your fitness goals and preferences. Our experts will teach you how to utilize your macronutrients - carbs, fats and proteins so your body will thrive no matter what your goals are. So, whether you’re a weight loss client needing to lose 10-100 pounds, an elite endurance athlete, a competitive bodybuilder and/or anything in between, we have solutions for you. Includes a phone or in-person  consultation. We also cater to those wishing to try new modalities including Vegan or Keto. This 90-day nutrition plan includes how to food log, advice on meal prep, and of course meal plans using your macro profile and will teach you how to “switch it up” so your menus can remain diverse and exciting.
